Models with speeds from 1000 IPM to an unbelievable 2500 IPM traverse speeds with cutting capabilities up to 2 inch material. The "AccuLiner" has a standard cutting width of 60 X 120 inches. The "AccuLiner" brings a new dimension to Acoustic Liner cutting machines with our "Smart Interface", "Linear Positioning Crossdrive System", Rack and Pinion drive System and our new Aluminum frame design. The "AccuLiner" will come complete with CNC controller, Servo Drive System, Spiral Cutting Saw, OEM Posting Software and Cutting table. - Aluminum frame design
The Aluminum frame design of the "AccuLiner" provides many benefits such as an overall lighter weight allowing the "AccuLiner" to have faster acceleration, greater speeds, and better corner performance. The wide footprint and tapered back brace allow the "AccuLiner" to be stable over the full speed range of the machine giving it unequaled performance. The spiral brushed Aluminum frame does not peel or crack like other painted machines. This allows the "AccuLiner" to be cleaned easier and maintain a long attractive life span.
- Linear Positioning Crossdrive
System
The “Linear Positioning” Crossdrive system was engineered to be stable and accurate. By engineering a more efficient motor transport system while still maintaining our Rockwell C60 linear V-rails and our compact carriage assembly. The "AccuLiner" is another reason why ShapeTech shape cutting machines are creating new standards in machine performance.
